What kind of part does my salary stand from?

From basic wage, complement, other allowances. The calculation of complement bases on the basic wage. The basic wage had to be defined apart in the contract. (Not allowed to define assembled wage)

(in case of changed shifts):
For afternoon shift work allowance: +15%
For night shift work allowance: + 30%
Minimum shift allowance
(in case of continuous shifts):
For afternoon shift work allowance: +20%
For night shift work allowance: + 40%
Allowance for constant night shift work: +15 %
Overtime work allowance: + 50 %
Allowance for work on bank holiday or rest-day : +100 %
(If the employer gives other rest-day,
the rate can be different)


 

What do the Law detract from salary?

Designation rate
Personal/individual income tax : 0 – 5.000.000 between 17% 
       5.000.001 above 32%
Pension contributions : 9,5% it could be divided
to private pension fund and national pension fund.
Health insurance contribution : 6%
Employer contribution: 1,5%
Summarized:   9,5%+ 6%+ 1,5% = 17 % + Personal/individual income tax

 

 

What kind of other allowances are available for me?

The allowances, which are in connection with the employment and tax-free for the employer, are controlled by the actual Law. For example: meal payment voucher, vacation cheque, monthly pass for local transport, etc.

 

How can I take my holiday?

The number of base and the extra days:
If the employee starts or finishes work during the year, the employer can only give the temporarily rate of the holidays. The employer (borrower and loaner) define the expenditure date. The employee posses with the 1/4 of base holidays, and have to agree about the expenditure date 15 days before.

Supplementary holiday: For one child two extra days can be taken, for two children four extra days can be taken, for more than two children maximum seven extra days can be taken. It can be given till the child reaches the age of 16. The parents have to make a statement, about who takes the bigger part in the raise of child, and only for him or her these extra days can be given.
