Checking the credibility of a recruitment company
The employer (Borrower / Loaner) is preferably needed to check the proper work and adequacy to the law of the recruitment company (Lender) in contractual relation by the change of the Labour Code from 1st January, 2006.
The Borrower / Loaner is assumed liability and responsibility in case of the recruitment company whether act on the laws by the Labour Code 193/G. § ( 8 )
The cause of the above mentioned the Borrower / Loaner have to assure:
- About the authenticity of the recruitment company in sense of validate in copy of the register and borrowing number.
- About the correctness of the content and modal properties and the compliance with the help of the contracts for the employees.
- About the notification of the employees and correct payment of their salary on base of the enclosed payroll medium or social insurance registration forms.
