form, where instead of the employer
(Borrower) the recruitment company
(Loaner) makes contract with the
employee and does the
employer’s administrative
duties (resignation, employment,
notice in Hungarian Uniform Labour
Database, paying of wages, etc.),
but the actual work employment’s
work-place, the employer control and
check the employees’ work, so for
example the employer define the
working-time, plan of work, lunch time,
the detailed task, etc.

Our service fee ( recruitment fee ) :
The base of the recruitment fee is the determined gross income of the employee, assign a multiplier, which amount depends on the needed headcount, the needed scope of activities, the assignment term and the size of our task.
You enter into a contract with HumanCentrum, and settlement of a bill (+VAT) with determined fee, which for you is a business cost and not a wage cost. The billing comes after the actual hour / day worked and confirmed.
