Feladatok

• Support the ongoing payroll transition project locally
• Take part on the project meetings and coordinate the data-, information collection from the current specialists
• First point of contact during the project locally and for the current vendor as well
• Ensures payroll processes are administered in compliance with company policies as well as applicable regulations or local legislation, including applicable wage and hour regulations
• Constant liaison with other partner organisations to influence change: HR, Finance, etc.

Elvárások

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• 5-8 years of payroll operational experience 
• Strong technical knowledge with hands-on experience managing payroll systems development and configuration
• Ideally confident with various payroll platforms and Workday
• Must be fluent in English
